The coffee to go with your croissant comes from the third-best coffee roaster in the world: Andrea from Trevo Coffee in the Bregenzerwald. Also always on the table: freshly baked sourdough bread from the french bakery copain in Hohenems.
Served with fresh butter, mountain cheese, and homemade jam. Plus, Greek yogurt with the best granola. Depending on the season—and our mood—our small breakfast is complemented by a few thoughtful extras.
