FAQ

Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you in person in the lounge until 6:00 pm to give you your room keycard. You can also conveniently access your room using your mobile phone (no app required). We will send all of the necessary information to you via e-mail before you arrive.

Our hotel is situated in a pedestrian area. For this reason, we cannot offer you any parking at the hotel. We recommend that you make use of the nearby Hafengarage car park (about 300 metres away). There are special rates for hotel guests.

Our breakfast bar in the salon is open for you:
Monday to Friday from 7:30 am–10:00 am
Saturday from 8:00 am–11:00 am
Closed on Sundays. A good reason to visit Restaurant Weiss.

We ask you to please vacate your room by 11:00 am at the latest on the day of your departure. You can simply leave your keycard with us in the salon.

Kinder sind bei uns herzlich willkommen und auf das Frühstück laden wir unsere kleinen Gäste gerne ein. In mehreren Zimmern ist genug Platz für ein Zustellbett, auch ein Babybett können sie unter Extras dazubuchen.

Our free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, no password is required for guest access. A secure network is also available to you.

There are no cancellation fees until 5 days before your arrival; after that, however, we unfortunately have to charge you the full price of the room. We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance from Europäische – they can then refund your costs in the case of illness.

Löwenapotheke pharmacy is very nearby. The Stadtapotheke and the pharmacy at the railway station are also within walking distance.

Each room has a small safe in which to store your personal valuables.

Our body care products are produced in the nearby Bregenzerwald by Metzler Naturnah and were developed together with us. You are welcome to purchase a selection of the product range exclusively for your home, just ask in the salon.

We love animals. However, we do not allow any pets in our hotel rooms and cannot make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding.
