Your room will be ready for you from 2:00 pm on the day of your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you in person in the lounge until 5:00 pm to give you your room keycard. You can also conveniently access your room using your mobile phone (no app required). We will send all of the necessary information to you via e-mail before you arrive.

Our hotel is situated in a pedestrian area, so we cannot offer parking at the hotel. We recommend the nearby Hafengarage car park, about 250 metres away. You can find an overview of parking in Bregenz on the Bregenz Tourism website.

The French call breakfast “petit-déjeuner”. We like that. Instead of a long buffet, our breakfast bar offers a small selection of carefully chosen products.

For hotel guests, the breakfast bar is open:

Monday to Friday: 7:30–10:00 am

Saturday and Sunday: 8:30–10:30 am

We welcome non-resident guests for breakfast subject to availability and with advance booking.

We ask you to please vacate your room by 11:00 am at the latest on the day of your departure. You can simply leave your keycard with us in the salon.

Children are warmly welcome, and breakfast is on us for our younger guests. Several rooms have space for an extra bed. You can also add a cot under Extras when booking.

Our free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house; no password is required for guest access. A secure network is also available to you.

If you book the flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge up to five days before arrival. After that, the full room price will be charged. You can cancel directly in the booking system using your booking number up to five days before arrival.

Bookings at the non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Löwenapotheke pharmacy is very nearby. The Stadtapotheke and the pharmacy at the railway station are also within walking distance.

Every room has a small safe for your valuables. You can open and close it using your room key card.

Our body care products are made in the nearby Bregenzerwald by Metzler Naturhautnah and were developed together with us. A selection is available exclusively from us to take home. Just ask in the salon.

We love animals. However, we do not allow any pets in our hotel rooms and cannot make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding.
